【摘要】 目的 研究蜂王浆对免疫功能的调节作用，为临床应用提供依据。 方法 将昆明雌性小鼠36只随机分为3组，分别以鲜蜂王浆、复方蜂王浆、生理盐水灌胃，持续用药15天后，用足跖厚度增加法检测迟发性变态反应，活杀取血及免疫器官，用溶血空斑法测定抗体形成细胞，用整体腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的方法评价巨噬细胞功能，用称重法测量脏器指数。所有数据用SAS软件进行方差分析。 结果 实验表明，鲜蜂王浆及复方蜂王浆可使胸腺系数明显增高，尤其是复方蜂王浆效果更为突出;鲜蜂王浆组及复方蜂王浆组对小鼠细胞免疫功能均有明显的增强作用。 结论 蜂王浆及其复方制剂可明显增加被试小鼠胸腺的重量，提高DTH反应强度，提高抗体生成细胞数量及巨噬细胞的吞噬能力。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of royal jelly on the regulation of immune function in order to pro-vide the evidence for clinical application.Methods Thirty-six mice of Kunming Species were randomly divided into three groups，which were oral administrated with fresh royal jelly，complex of royal jelly and saline solution respec-tively for consecutive15days.The method of foot-thickness enhancement was used to evaluate the delayed allergic reaction.Hemolytic hollow spot method was used to examine antibody-forming cells from blood and immune organs.The method of celiac macrophage phagocyting RBC from chicken was used to evaluate the function of macrophage and organ indexwas measured by weighing method.All data were analyzed by ANOVA using SAS software.Results The thymus index was increased significantly in the groups of fresh royal jelly，complex of royal jelly，and even more sig-nificant in the group of complex royal jelly.Cellular immune functions were significantly increased in the groups of fresh royal jelly and complex of royal jelly.Conclusion Royal jelly and complex of royal jelly can significantly in-crease the weight of thymus of mice and increase the DTH reactive intensity as well as increase the number of antibody -forming cells and the ability of MΦphagocytosis.

    蜂王浆是工蜂咽腺分泌的乳白色或淡黄色胶状物，其中含有蛋白质、脂肪、氨基酸、维生素、无机盐、微量元素和多种酶类，有很高的营养价值，历来被人们视为营养保健的佳品。有文章报道了蜂王浆在防治糖尿病、高血脂以及在多种老年病等方面的应用，对免疫功能的影响亦有报道 [1～6] 。为进一步验证蜂王浆及其复方制剂的免疫调节作用，以指导临床用药，我们对蜂王浆及我所自制的复方蜂王浆对小鼠的免疫调节作用进行了实验研究。

     1 材料与方法

    1.1 动物 昆明种贰级小鼠(10±1)g，动物合格证号:SCXK-(军)2002-001，购自军事医学科学院实验动物中心。
